THE FUTURE OF INNOVATION IS OPEN
WE PROVIDE INDEPENDENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR GLASS LAMINATORS AND EMERGING POLYVINYL BUTYRAL (PVB) SUPPLIERS
VISION
Changing the Way the World Thinks About Innovation
The way we innovate in the laminated glass industry is changing as we explore new technologies and applications. As we seek to find ways to reduce cost and improve efficiency, we are also focusing on improving sustainability. With open innovation mindset we are servicing PVB laminators and emerging PVB producers to accelerate and increase accessibility of the innovation in the glazing industry.
SERVICES
We Deliver Exceptional Services Around the World
OPTIMAL TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP
We understand that cost is a major factor when it comes to selecting the right source of PVB. That's why we offer Total Cost of Ownership services that provide you with the most objective knowledge when making choices.

Our Total Cost of Ownership services include careful analysis of cost breakdowns associated with each stage of your project where PVB materials contributes to. We'll provide you with detailed you upfront costs and ongoing costs of producing and maintaining laminated glass solutions over time. Our industry expert professionals will consider a range of factors relating to cost and use that information to help you make the most cost-effective decisions for your project.

At Simplicity Chasers, we don't just help you understand how much it will cost to produce laminated glass, we'll help maximise the value of your project by helping you make the most cost-efficient PVB material decisions.
TRAINING
Troubleshooting PVB and laminated glass defects can be a daunting task for those who lack specific PVB knowledge. To help ensure that your projects are successful, effective training can make a big difference.

We provide in depth trainings about process and quality checks of PVB and glass lamination process. This will help to quickly identify and troubleshoot any defects that may arise during the fabrication process.
EDGE BUBBLES
Edge bubbles in laminated glass refer to the imperfections that can appear at the edges of the glass lamination. The bubbles are mostly commonly caused by a combination of improper cleaning and lamination, or by poor sealing quality, which is common knowledge in the industry. However what is unknown is that some PVB formulation are prone to develop significantly more edge bubbles defects when exposed to high humidity environments. We have developed our troubleshooting kit to help you to reduce the edge bubble defect including which PVB source is the best fit with your process.
WHY SUSTAINABILITY
A different approach, using a new method of recycling PVB.
As an increasing number of companies have overhauled their operations to embrace the use of PVB (polyvinyl butyl) as a material for recycling, they risk destroying the inherent value of the material.

However, when PVB is broken down and reused, it loses some of its integrity and, consequently, its multiple functionalities.
Furthermore, conventional mechanical processes require so many high energy processing steps, that it renders the entire venture unprofitable.

In other words, by attempting to recycle PVB, companies are inadvertently killing its inherent value, creating a product which is far less effective for its original purposes, such as use in laminated safety glass. With this in mind, it's important for companies to think twice before subjecting PVB to recycling.

Our in depth PVB polymer knowledge helped several PVB recyclers to make a leap in their development projects.
